Carlos Moreno Bio

Cali, Colombia born Moreno has been called one of the most important film directors in Latin America.

His television credits include Tiempo Final (Fox), “Los Caballeros las Prefieren Brutas”, and pan Latin American hit “Pablo Escobar: El Patron del Mal” starring Andres Parra.

Moreno made his feature film debut in 2008 with the Tarantino-esque, ultra violent “Dog Eat Dog” starring Marlon Moreno ("El Capo”).  He followed up that auspicious debut with the feature films “All Your Dead Ones”, “The Snitch Cartel” and the hit of Sundance 2015, the breathtaking and controversial “Que Viva la Musica”.

He recently finished the documentary “Guerras Ajenas” for HBO Latin America and wrapped principal photography on “Blanca” for French TV giant Canal+.
